<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adapter for optical communication in which easily attachable thickness of a panel can be changed without any change in the shape of a stopper member when an attaching panel becomes thinner. <P>SOLUTION: In an adapter for optical communication, a bottom wall recess is formed on a bottom wall, and a first side wall recess and a second side wall recess are formed on both side walls. A bottom plate of a stopper member engages in the bottom wall recess, and both side plates of the stopper member engage in the first side wall recess which continues to a notch of a flange portion, thereby it is possible to easily fix the adapter for optical communication even on a thin panel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
