<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify not only a surface temperature of a dielectric polymer but also the internal temperature thereof in real time. <P>SOLUTION: The distribution specifying device includes: a dielectric constant or relative dielectric constant distribution specifying section 7 for specifying a relative dielectric constant ε<SB POS="POST">r</SB>(f,T) at a plurality of positions of a dielectric polymer from a capacitance between N pieces of electrodes 2<SB POS="POST">1</SB>to 2<SB POS="POST">N</SB>measured by a capacitance measuring section 6; and a temperature distribution specifying section 8 for specifying a temperature T each corresponding to the relative dielectric constant ε<SB POS="POST">r</SB>(f,T) at the plurality of the positions specified by the dielectric constant or relative dielectric constant distribution specifying section 7 with reference to a temperature-dielectric constant or relative dielectric constant map stored in a temperature-dielectric constant or relative dielectric constant map storing section 4, and thereby determining the temperature distribution of the dielectric polymer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
