<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brain pacemaker and an electrode utilized for the same, particularly the brain pacemaker utilizing carbon nanotubes, and the electrode utilized for the same. <P>SOLUTION: The electrode utilized for the brain pacemaker includes at least one electrode line. The single electrode line includes a body and an insulating layer. The insulating layer coats the outer surface of the body, and one end of the body is exposed from the insulating layer.
