<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new analgesic preparation having remarkably enhanced analgesic effect. <P>SOLUTION: The analgesic preparation is provided, which includes: (A) an analgesic agent composed of a propionic acid derivative; and (B) one or more compounds selected from glucosamine, its derivatives, or their salts. Preferably, the analgesic preparation contains, based on (A) 1 pt.wt. of the analgesic agent composed of the propionic acid derivative, (B) 0.1-3.3 pts.wt. of one or more compounds selected from glucosamine, its derivatives and their salts.
