The tool (10) has a pressure changing device for changing pressure of operating fluid in an operating fluid channel relative to pressure of external environment of the tool. The device includes an accommodation opening (20) with a tubular accommodation section, which is attached to the opening. The section radially limits an accommodation space for accommodating a bead-blank with respect to a tool axle (A) outwardly. The space comprises a cross-section surface, which is not enlarged along the tool axle in an accommodation direction of the opening.
