This biological process carries out a first step including the removal of organic mater in an anoxic/anaerobic dynamic reactor tank with fixed biomass growing media (1): The effluent resulting from this chamber is passed by an aerobic reactor of sludge activated with fixed biomass growing media (2) where the treatment will continue; after passing by this aerobic reactor, the water is led to a static clarification tank with tubular packings (3) which allow the activated sludge to be settled in an accelerated manner; this tank is designed as a tank of high settling rate, which allows the solids to be induced towards the bottom of the same tank in order to perform the process without the use of mechanical equipment. The settled sludge is passed to a pumping sump integrated to the clarifier, from which this is constantly recirculated towards the aerobic reactor (2) and/or the anoxic/anaerobic dynamic reactor tank (1) when the sludge level is over passed in the aerobic reactors, thus remov ing the need of including the subsequent step for the handle and/or treatment of exceeding or waste sludge. The clarified water (3.4) has the quality of complying with the limit values of DBO/SST of 20/20 mg/l and being disinfected if required.
