<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information supply system where an IP address of an establishment terminal side is managed in a unified manner, to enable a user to make connection with the establishment terminal very promptly. <P>SOLUTION: In the present invention, a management computer 3 accepts an IP address change request of an establishment terminal transmitted from a specifiable establishment terminal 4, carries out changing and processing of the IP address which is a part of establishment terminal information registered in a user database, is able to manage in a unified manner a large number of establishment terminals corresponding to many users so as to be able to deal with accesses from the users in an instant, gives the IP address of the establishment terminal to the information terminal of the user who has performed the access, and is able to link via Internet to the establishment terminal to which this user's information terminal corresponds.
