<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extruding die for manufacturing a semi-hollow shaped material, which has sufficient durability and with which the high-quality semi-hollow shaped material can be manufactured. <P>SOLUTION: The extruding die 1 includes a die body 2 and a hole plate 5. The die body 2 has a forming hole 3, a tong forming part 22 and a tong opening forming part 23. The hole plate 5 has metal holes 55 communicating with a weld chamber 51 on the upstream side of the forming hole. In the weld chamber 51, a dummy forming part 6 is provided on the hole plate 5 correspondingly to the upstream side of the tong forming part 22 of the die body 2. In the front view, the outline L1 of a dummy forming part 6 is constituted of an equidistant curve which takes the outline L2 of the tong forming part 22 as a basic line and is arranged more inside than the basic line L1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
