<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ash removal device achieving stable operation of a boiler by removing deposited ashes deposited on a heat transfer water tube in a boiler. <P>SOLUTION: The ash removal device for removing the ashes deposited on the heat transfer water tube provided on a furnace wall of the boiler includes; a removal plate 11 which is provided so as to be extended in a direction intersecting the heat transfer water tube and which has an abutting part 11a curved along the heat transfer water tube; a support shaft 12; and a drive part 13 which reciprocally moves the removal plate 11 along the extending direction of the heat transfer water tube. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
