The present invention discloses a method and device for transmitting and scheduling data packets. The transmitting method includes: a mobile network gateway device obtains, according to guaranteed bandwidth information corresponding to a service flow, a first data packet and a second data packet of the service flow, wherein the first data packet is the data packet that does not exceed the bandwidth identified by the guaranteed bandwidth information and the second data packet is the data packet that exceeds the bandwidth identified by the guaranteed bandwidth information; the mobile network gateway device marks the first data packet and/or the second data packet; the mobile network gateway device transmits the first data packet and the second data packet to a fixed network gateway device so that the fixed network gateway device schedules, according to the mark of the first data packet and/or the mark of the second data packet, the first data packet when the network is congested. Therefore, the invention can ensure that the bandwidth of the service flow is not less than the bandwidth identified by the guaranteed bandwidth information corresponding to the service flow and thereby ensure that the service corresponding to the service flow runs normally. |
