<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a preparation time for a medical report and to facilitate handling integrated findings. <P>SOLUTION: A console control unit 40 of a report preparation terminal 13 displays, on a display 37b, a template window 45 which has a plurality of areas for inputting findings including a term selection input area 46 and a diagnosis name input area 48, and a report window 65 having a finding display area 67 in which findings inputted through the plurality of areas for inputting findings are brought together. An editing process unit 42 manages data of findings by adding finding IDs to the data, which is capable of distinguishing findings. The editing process unit 42 creates integrated finding information 85 which indicates the arranging order of the findings in the finding display area 67. The editing process unit 42 updates the integrated finding information 85 and the console control unit 40 changes the arranging order in the finding display area 67 per organ and per finding item, according to a click selection of display-per-organ change buttons 72a and 72b, and display-in-organ change buttons 73a and 73b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
