<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing device that properly acquires a desired article. <P>SOLUTION: An information providing device in one embodiment comprises an article summary data storage part for storing article summary data in which addresses in which articles are included, the title data of the articles and the summary data of the articles are associated with each other; article summary data providing means which provides the title data of the articles to a user's terminal, which provides the summary data of the articles to the user's terminal upon receiving a request on the article summary from the user's terminal, which provides the addresses of the articles to the user's terminal upon receiving the request on the articles as well as generates the history data based on the addresses of the articles and points according to the request of the user about the articles; and totaling means for generating total data in which the addresses of the articles and the total points are corresponded to each other by totalizing the data from the history data according to the points for each of the addresses of the articles. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
