METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR SELECTING BACKUP RESOURCE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for selecting a backup resource.

SOLUTION: The method for selecting a backup resource comprises: a step in which a state issuance node broadcasts a node busy index to other nodes in the multicast group; and a step in which a backup resource selection node selects an agent node according to the received node busy index. The system for selecting the backup resource includes a state issuance node device and a backup resource selection node device. Overcrowding in the network is prevented by adjusting the load distributed between nodes.
