摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for determining a quantity of Fe-based nitride in steel by surely extracting and separating Fe-based nitride precipitated in nitrided steel, in view of the problem that although various studies have been made on a method for extracting and separating an alloy element, few reports have been given in which a method for extracting and separating Fe-based nitride is examined in detail for Fe-based nitride is not precipitated in ordinary steel, while a method is generally used as an analysis method in which a quantitative determination is performed after a matrix is dissolved and a target precipitate is extracted and separated as a residue. <P>SOLUTION: In the method of the invention for determining a quantity of Fe-based nitride, steel nitrided by using methyl acetate solution of iodine is dissolved, and the residue obtained thereby is extracted, separated and analysed, thereby a content of Fe<SB POS="POST">3</SB>N in steel is determined. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
