<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing which allows workers to easily identify the specifications of an electronic component and is versatile. <P>SOLUTION: A housing 1 housing switches includes a front wall 21 in which several kinds of marks 22a and 22b, corresponding to the specifications of the respective switches, are provided. Further, the form of the front wall 21 can be changed according to the rated voltage of the switch. Multiple identification pieces 24 are formed at an identification part, and either one of the several kinds of marks is provided at each identification piece 24.
