<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of detecting skin-related genes by analyzing symptoms according to gene polymorphism, age, sex and skin regions of a subject, and the average correlation of the symptoms of each region by covariance structure analysis. <P>SOLUTION: Symptoms according to the gene polymorphism, age, sex and skin regions of the subject, and the average correlation of the symptoms of each region are analyzed by the covariance structure analysis by calculating the correlation r by formula 1: r=Σ(Xi-<X>)(Yi-<Y>/sx/sy) (wherein Xi and Yi express values of each sample; <X>, <Y> express each average value; and sx, sy express each standard deviation), obtaining the effect of X and Y on Z by a linear regression equation of formula 2: X=aZ+ex, Y=bZ+ey, finding the correlation factor of ex and ey, and calculating the partial correlation factor of X and Y. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
