FLEXIBLE MAGNETIC PLASTIC FILM WITH ADDED RECYCLED PLASTICS

A flexible magnetic plastic film with added recycled plastics is disclosed, which is made from the following materials (by weight): 72%-85% of magnetic powder, 0%-28% of recycled plastics, 0%-28% of thermoplastic plastics and 0%-3% of additives. The method for manufacturing the same comprises the steps of making a mixture of magnetic powder, recycled plastics, thermoplastic plastics and additives according to the above proportion, extrusion casting the mixture to form a film by an extruder, and cooling and shaping the film to form the product with double or multiple rollers. The present invention enables reuse of the recycled plastics in the magnetic plastic materials, which saves petroleum resources and reduces carbon emissions. In the same time, a thinner and wider flexible magnetic plastic film, as compared with the magnetic rubber material, is obtained.
