<p>A magnetic encoder using a giant-Hall-effect magnetic sensing element comprises a magnetic block (1), a magnetic sensing element, at least two operational amplifiers (7), a digital signal processing chip (8) and an output display module (9). The magnetic sensing element uses a giant Hall dual-axis magnetic field chip (5) that is located under the magnetic block (1); at least two operational amplifiers (7), the digital signal processing chip (8) and the output display module (9) are located on a PCB (printed circuit board) (6); the PCB (6) is located outside of the magnetic block (1) and the giant Hall dual-axis magnetic field chip (5); and the PCB (6) is connected with the giant Hall double-shaft magnetic field chip (5) by leads (10). Another magnetic encoder using a giant-Hall-effect magnetic sensing element comprises a magnetic drum (51), magnetic grids (52) on the edge of the magnetic drum (51), a magnetic sensing element, a signal amplifying and shaping module (54), a counting module (55), a computing and processing module (56) and a display module (57). The magnetic sensing element uses a giant Hall device (53) that is located on the edge of the magnetic drum (51) and is 1-5 mm away from the magnetic grids (52); the signal amplifying and shaping module (54), the counting module (55), the computing and processing module (56) and the display module (57) are located on a PCB (printed circuit board) (58); the PCB (58) is located outside of the magnetic drum (51) and the giant Hall device (53); the giant Hall device (53) is connected with the signal amplifying and shaping module (54) on the PCB (58) by a lead (59).</p> |
