摘要 <p>The purpose is to measure the number of analytes such as viruses, bacteria and cells with high accuracy and high sensitivity while eliminating the variation in background signal or the fluctuation among individuals. An array which comprises a substrate, multiple working electrodes arranged on the surface of the substrate, wiring lines respectively connected to the multiple electrodes and arranged on the opposed side to the surface of the substrate, and a probe capable of capturing an analyte on the working electrodes is used. A reference solution containing a reagent capable of emitting light upon the occurrence of a redox reaction is brought into contact with the surface of the array, the connection between a counter electrode and each of the wiring lines is controlled so as to apply a voltage between the working electrode and the counter electrode, and the presence or absence of the analyte captured by the probe is determined on the basis of the change or difference in light intensity which occurs in association with the introduction of the analyte.</p>
