<p>An RFID module (101) of the present invention is provided with an RFIC element (10), a filter circuit (20), a matching circuit (30), and a radiating element (40). Of the mentioned elements and circuits, the filter circuit (20) and the matching circuit (30) together configure an RFID device (50). The filter circuit (20) is configured by a first inductance element (L1), a second inductance element (L2), and a capacitor (C1). Inductance is equal between the first inductance element (L1) and the second inductance element (L2) so that the two inductance elements are strongly magnetically coupled to each other in order to strengthen each other's magnetic flux. By way of the configuration, the RFID module and an RFID device are configured so as to be provided with a filter circuit for removing the high harmonic component of the RFIC element while still not increasing size overall.</p> |
