PURPOSE: An empty vehicle running distance ratio measurement system and control method thereof are provided to calculates an empty vehicle running distance ratio from a traveling distance by using a vehicle terminal which is able to use GPS(Global Position System) information. CONSTITUTION: A terminal server(20) receives and processes data transmitted by a vehicle terminal(13). A measurement database(30) stores the data transmitted by the terminal server. A control terminal(40) receives and processes the data stored in the measurement database. The control terminal transmits vehicle registration information to the measurement database. The measurement database stores the vehicle registration information. |
