Provided is a malfunction analysis result classification function capable of shortening the time required for resolving the malfunction of a device being monitored. A malfunction analysis result (malfunction cause candidate) obtained during a malfunction analysis process, is analyzed to determine other malfunction cause candidates which are related to the malfunction event by which the device is in a malfunction state and which forms a ground to derive the malfunction analysis result. Thereby, the malfunction cause candidates are classified with respect to the extent of the impact when each malfunction cause candidate is handled. Further, the classification result is displayed in GUI.
