PURPOSE: A torque arm control device is provided to maximize the energy efficiency by controlling effectively a length of a torque arm because a rotary shaft is variably moved by a slot and a rolling pin. CONSTITUTION: A torque arm control device(100) comprises a slot(1), a rolling pin(2), and an actuator(3). The slot is installed in a side(211) of a first part(210). The rolling pin is installed in a side(221) of a second part. The rolling pin is installed on the slot, thereby moving along the slot. The rolling pin forms a rotary shaft(300). One load end(31) of the actuator is connected to a first driving shaft(213) of the first part to be rotated. The other load end(32) is connected to a second driving shaft(223) of the second part to be rotated. When the actuator is contracted, the rolling pin moves apart form the first driving shaft along the slot. When the actuator is extended, the rolling pin moves closely to the first driving shaft along the slot.
