A problem that the present invention is intended to solve is to provide a chiropractic device that can be easily transported, wherein even non-experts may easily carry out adjustments safely, accurately, and efficaciously on any bone in the skeletal structure of the entire body without causing discomfort to a patient. The solution is a chiropractic device comprising: (i) a chiropractic adjuster means, further comprising a thrust member further comprising a thrust head; and (ii) a relief surface means attached to the adjuster means, further comprising an obverse surface for forming a relief surface. When pressing the thrust member in the forward longitudinal direction, thus applying thrust to the anterior surface of the patient, the relief surface means and the thrust head move relative to one another, a relief surface is formed from the obverse surface for forming a relief surface on the periphery of the thrust head, and at least a portion of the relief surface makes contact with the anterior surface of the patient.
