The cover (1) has a structure assembly (2) consisting of multiple profile elements which are arranged in form of a cross-over reinforcement, and a surface element (3) which is made of thermoplastic material. The surface element is formed as a hat-like profile with trapezoidal side pieces made of translucent plastic, and has multiple functional areas. The structure assembly is three-dimensionally connected to the surface element. A lacquer coating is formed on the surface element.
