<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material for warm press forming including a hot dip galvanized steel sheet of high strength, and a method of manufacturing a member for a panel excellent in surface distortion resistance and dent resistance. <P>SOLUTION: This material for warm press forming includes the hot dip galvanized steel sheet of high strength having a composite structure where the area ratio of martensite phase is 3-15%.
