<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control transportation of an article (movement of a moving body) with high precision while saving time and labor of a person in charge, since such the problem that the operation of the person in charge is needed for control of the transportation of the article in a warehouse according to a voucher to be output occurs, and time and labor of the person in charge are required. <P>SOLUTION: Spatiotemporal information for showing the time and space related to the article is made to correspond to the production number code of the article beforehand. The production number code recorded on a tag attached to the article is read by a reader function installed on the moving body. Business information of the article shown by the read production number code is specified by using the read production number code as a key.
