<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a branch water stop valve for eliminating the need for great branch piping drawing, and for facilitating branch piping connection work while hardly causing wrong operation. <P>SOLUTION: The branch water stop valve includes a main pipe 9 having a cylindrical part 23 in which a branch opening 43 is provided, and a branch pipe 10 to be connected to the main pipe 9. The branch pipe 10 has a connection cylinder part 24 externally fitted to the cylindrical part 23 to form a communication space communicated with the branch opening 43 between the outer wall face of the cylindrical part 23 and itself, and a pipe connection part 33 whose inside space is communicated with the communication space. A branch valve 34 is mounted in a portion between the connection cylinder part 24 and the pipe connection part 33 of the branch pipe 10. The branch pipe 10 with the connection cylinder part 24 being externally fitted to the cylindrical part 23 is turnable around the axis of the cylindrical part 23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
