METHOD FOR PRODUCING FIBER-REINFORCED COMPOSITE MATERIAL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ELEVATOR CAR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a fiber-reinforced composite material that sufficiently prevents the generation of not impregnated part, shortens a process time from completion of impregnation to demolding and suppresses viscosity increase of a liquid resin during storage when a VaRTM method is applied to a large molded body, and to provide a method for manufacturing an elevator car using the fiber-reinforced composite material.

SOLUTION: The method for producing the fiber-reinforced composite material includes the steps of: covering a laminated body 28 formed by laminating a fiber base to which a curing catalyst is previously applied using a sealing member 22 for decompressing the inside thereof; and injecting a resin 31 cured by the action of the curing catalyst in a decompressed sealing member 22 for impregnating the fiber base.
