<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cryogenic refrigerator capable of surely fixing a bearing between two members disposed in a direction of a rotational axis. <P>SOLUTION: This cryogenic refrigerator having a pressure switching valve for switching between channels by rotating a rotational element, includes a first member located on one side in the direction of the rotational axis of the rotational element, a second member located on the other side in the direction of the rotational axis of the rotational element, a bearing 36 rotatably supporting the rotational element, and an elastic element, and the first and second members sandwich the bearing 36 via the elastic element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
