<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection device that ensures a connection terminal for inspection is brought into contact with a connection terminal of an apparatus without breakage. <P>SOLUTION: A connection device electrically connects a connection terminal c of the inspection object side and a connection terminal 51 for inspection. A movement member capable of moving up and down along a vertical shaft is provided on the vertical shaft, and inclined guide holes 24 are arranged on the movement member. Inclined shafts 4 are inserted through the inclination guide holes 24 so as to be slidable, and a terminal holding section 5 is fixed at lower ends of the inclination shafts 4. Further, the device is provided with a lifting mechanism for moving the movement member up and down along the vertical shaft. By moving the terminal holding section 5 in the horizontal direction after once vertically lowering it by acutuating the lifting device, the connection terminal 51 for inspection, which is exposed on the side face of the terminal holding section, is electrically connected with the connection terminal c of the inspection object side of the inspection object which is held by the holding means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
