<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure an amount of generated jaggy using a certain image. <P>SOLUTION: A method for measuring an amount of generated jaggy comprises steps of: moving an image reading part in an image reading device in a moving direction to read a certain image and obtain image data; specifying a field of measurement for measuring an amount of jaggy generated in the certain image on the basis of the image data; and measuring the amount of jaggy generated in the image reading device on the basis of the image data in the field of measurement. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
