<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a cooler of an air conditioner is covered with a complicated piping and wiring and any trouble such as electrical disconnection is caused because, while ensuring that there is no trouble in working and a generator is easily movable because a portable air conditioner is used outside, and no consideration is required for wiring. <P>SOLUTION: In this portable air conditioner, when applying a solar generator, it becomes possible to protect electrical disconnection or the like caused by working and maneuvering by simple wiring. In addition, a stable cooling effect can be maintained so as to transfer the cooling energy of the air conditioner through cooling energy connection to a band utilizing water contained gel or the like. The air conditioner directly transfers the cooling energy effectively to a direct skin by winding the water contained gel band around head.
