<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of measuring following a speed of environmental change. <P>SOLUTION: A data measuring part 116 periodically measures physical properties of space put in an environment where a light quantity of ambient light increases when an operator works. A power generating part 102 is installed in the space and generates electric power that is utilized for driving the data measuring part 116 by utilizing the ambient light. A power generation amount measuring part 106 measures a power generation amount of the power generating part. The data measuring part 116 makes a cycle to measure physical properties shorter when the power generation amount of the power generating part 102 measured by the power generation amount measuring part 106 is larger than a predetermined value than when the power generation amount of the power generating part 102 is smaller than the predetermined value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
