<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of closing crude oil or natural gas flowing out from a steel pipe for sucking the crude oil or the natural gas installed in the sea under a springing-out pressure when the steel pipe is broken. <P>SOLUTION: In order to feed magnet grains or the like to a part below a broken part 5 of the steel pipe 4 through an insertion pipe 6 suspended and installed inside the broken crude oil or natural gas well steel pipe 4, by the opening/closing operations of the upper switching valve and lower gate valve of a feeding device for the magnetic grains or the like attached to the upper port 7 of the insertion pipe 6, the magnet grains or the like are washed into the insertion pipe 6 together with pressure water injected to the storage chamber of the magnet grains or the like in the feeding device, and are dropped to the lower end. Then, the magnet grains or the like deposited inside the steel pipe 4 are stuck to a pipe inner surface by magnetic force and turned to a lump to suppress the springing-out of the crude oil or the natural gas, then mortar or concrete is press fitted from the upper port 7 and cured to close the springing-out of the crude oil or the natural gas. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
