<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording apparatus that, while putting a stand-by period when a recording head stands by without recording during a recording, prevents a recording image from locally changing in density caused by the stand-by period. <P>SOLUTION: The inkjet recording apparatus includes: a setting device for setting the stand-by period for standing by the recording with the recording head; and a control device for controlling a heating temperature when a recording medium is heated by a heater. Before the stand-by of the recording of the recording head is performed, the heating temperature is controlled so as to be decreased from the heating temperature in recording, lower than the heating temperature in recording, to the heating temperature in standing by. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
