摘要 The invention relates to the field of petrochemistry, in particular to the production of a zeolite-based catalyst for the alkylation of isobutane with olefins, and can be used in the oil refining industry. A zeolite-based catalyst for the alkylation of isobutane with C2-C4 olefins is proposed which contains aluminium oxide and silicon dioxide in a molar ratio of 2.8-7.0, oxides of sodium, calcium and a rare earth element and oxides of active metals, namely oxides of platinum and/or palladium and/or molybdenum and/or nickel and/or cobalt, in the following component ratio (%wt): 0.26-0.8 sodium oxide; 0.8-4.2 calcium oxide; 12.0-20.0 rare earth element oxide; 0.02-2.0 platinum oxide and/or palladium oxide and/or molybdenum oxide and/or nickel oxide and/or cobalt oxide; and the remainder zeolite with an Si02 / ?l203 ratio of 2.8-7.0. The zeolite used is a faujasite-type zeolite with an Si02 / ?l203 molar ratio of 2.8-7.0. Two embodiments of a method for producing a zeolite-based catalyst for the alkylation of isobutane with C2-C4 olefins are proposed which include treating the zeolite with aqueous solutions of salts of calcium, a rare earth element and ammonium at an elevated temperature and saturated vapour pressure for the time required for the conversion of the zeolite into a rare earth calcium zeolite, and washing, drying and calcining same, in which the rare earth calcium zeolite is first saturated with unipolar water until air is no longer released from the zeolite pores, after which said zeolite is saturated with aqueous solutions of salts of active metals, namely platinum and/or palladium and/or molybdenum and/or nickel and/or cobalt, taken in an amount that ensures the required content of the oxide of the relevant metal in the final catalyst, and then said zeolite is dried and calcined, or oxides of active metals, namely platinum and/or palladium and/or molybdenum and/or nickel and/or cobalt, are applied to the rare earth calcium zeolite, said oxides being taken from solutions of salts of the relevant metals in unipolar water in an amount that ensures the required content of the oxide of the relevant metal in the final catalyst, wherein application is carried out in two stages, firstly by cold saturation at a temperature not greater than 30°C and secondly at a temperature not less than 70°C, and then said zeolite is dried, pelletized and calcined. The technical result is an increase in the activity of the catalyst up to practically 100%wt, an increase in the isooctane selectivity thereof up to 73.5%wt and an increase in the yield of the target product (alkylbenzene) by 10-15%wt.
