<p>The computer system related to the present invention is characterized in that, if an assessment is made that a quantity of resources ensured for a virtual computer cannot be reserved at one time, the computer system assesses whether or not the quantity of resources to be ensured for the virtual computer can be continuously reserved by the beginning of startup of the virtual computer, and if the assessment can be affirmed, then the total quantity of resources reserved will be assigned to the virtual computer so as to be deployed for a physical computer.</p>
