PURPOSE: A symmetrical central clamp is provided to prevent a control handle from releasing when a fixed main body is rotated. CONSTITUTION: A symmetrical central clamp(1) comprises a cone cover(C), a recessed block(D), a recessed unit, a circular wedge groove, a control handle(F), and a cone core(B). The cone core, which couples a connection support(A) to the recessed block, is adhered to the cone cover, and the direction and angle of a device connected to the connection support are controlled. The concave units are formed in both sides of the recessed block. The circular wedge groove is formed in the bottom of the recessed block. Fixing screws successively inserted into the hole of the cone core are connected through the control handle.
