PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently extract appropriate browsing information desired by a user from a plurality of browsing information only by inputting an object and a predicate.

SOLUTION: An information browsing device 100 includes: an object group specification part 120 for determining which of a plurality of object groups 160 in an object group assembly 158 includes a word input as an object to specify the object group; a predicate group specification part 122 for determining which of a plurality of predicate groups 170 in a predicate group assembly 168 includes a word input as a predicate to specify the predicate group; a guidance information specification part 124 for specifying guidance information 180 based on the specified object group and predicate group by using a matrix table 178; a browsing information specification part 126 for specifying browsing information 152 by using a browsing information group 150 based on the specified guidance information; and a display control part 128 for making a display part 112 display the specified browsing information.
