<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a production plan fulfilling the storage limit quantity of products at each place. <P>SOLUTION: A production plan creation device is configured to, when delivery quantity is larger than the storage limit quantity of a delivery destination (S3), calculate installment delivery frequency by dividing the delivery quantity by the storage limit quantity (S6), calculate the installment delivery quantity in each installment delivery time by using the delivery quantity and the installment delivery frequency (S7), calculate an installment delivery period so that the final installment delivery time is prior to the final delivery term (S8), determine a plurality of installment delivery times to store the plurality of installment delivery times and the installment delivery quantity in each of the plurality of installment delivery times in association in a storage device as a production plan (S9), calculate inventory quantity at the delivery destination just after the installment delivery in each of the plurality of installment delivery times (S10), determine whether or not the inventory quantity in each of the plurality of installment delivery times is equal to or less than the storage limit quantity (S11), and to, when YES is determined in the step 11, output the production plan and, when NO is determined in the step 11, execute the steps of S7 to S11 with the installment delivery frequency calculated by adding 1 to the previous installment delivery frequency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
