摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber temperature distribution measuring device of capable of reducing a temperature error due to spreading of spectrums of Raman scattering. <P>SOLUTION: The optical fiber temperature distribution measuring device which uses an optical fiber as a sensor and measures temperature distribution along the optical fiber using Raman back scattering light includes: reference temperature measuring means provided in the vicinity of the optical fiber to be used as the sensor; reference temperature using temperature correction means for correcting a measured temperature by the use of a correction formula using temperature measurement data of the reference temperature measuring means as a parameter; spectrum spreading distribution correction means for correcting a temperature calculation error due to spreading of Raman scattering spectrums; and temperature error correction means for correcting a temperature value corrected by the reference temperature using temperature correction means with a correction value due to spreading of spectrum distribution which has been previously obtained by the spectrum spreading distribution correction means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
