<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the effect of improving fuel efficiency with an engine stop control. <P>SOLUTION: A controller actuates an electric oil pump when idle stop conditions or coast stop conditions are established (S12, S14), and continuously actuates the electric oil pump without stopping it until a vehicle accelerating condition or a driver's intention of acceleration is determined even when the idle stop conditions and the coast stop conditions are not established later (S15, S16, S17, S18). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
