<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display panel device reducing the effect of the heat generated by a driver on the pitch between adjacent signal wires of cables. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid crystal display panel device includes: a liquid crystal display panel; a panel frame; semiconductor elements for controlling the liquid crystal display panel; and a first substrate to which cables are connected. The panel frame has a frame section and a plate section. The liquid crystal display panel is mounted on the frame section and the semiconductor elements are mounted on the plate section. The first substrate is mounted on the same surface of the plate section on which the semiconductor elements are mounted. Both of signal wires between the liquid crystal display panel and the semiconductor elements and electrical wiring between the semiconductor elements and the first substrate are bonding wires. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
