WINDMILL

PURPOSE: A windmill is provided to maximally use the power of wind for rotating a vertical shaft in a direction even if a blade unit, in which rotate the vertical shaft in the other direction, is opened. CONSTITUTION: A windmill comprises a vertical shaft(10) and a blade unit(100). The blade unit comprises rotary disks(20), multiple stop shafts(30), upright shafts(40), blades(50), and tension springs(60). The top and bottom ends of the stop shafts and the upright shafts are fixed to the rotary disks. The upright shafts have a bigger radius than the stop shafts. The blades are coupled to the upright shafts. The tension springs are fixed to the base ends of the blades and pull the blades toward the stop shafts.
