PURPOSE: A sanitary face mask fixed to a sanitary cap is provided to easily combine the sanitary face mask with a specially designed sanitary cap fixing unit, thereby wearing the mask without fluctuation. CONSTITUTION: A sanitary face mask fixed to a sanitary cap includes a sanitary cap fixing unit(100), a support unit(200), and a respiratory front cover unit(300). The support unit is extended from the sanitary fixing unit to a front lower side of face. The respiratory front cover is connected to a front end of the support unit. The respiratory front cover is formed into a size which can cover the front area of the respiratory organs of a wearer at a fixed distance apart. A sanitary cap fixing unit comprises an inside fixing piece(110) and an outside fixing piece(120).
