<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily deposit and arrange fine particles such as carbon nanotube or the like at a necessary place, which is difficult to handle in a conventional method. <P>SOLUTION: An optical waveguide structure body provided with an optical waveguide, and having an end face which partially includes an exposed part of the optical waveguide is prepared. In a state that the end face is dipped in a medium in which fine particles are dispersed, laser light is emitted from the exposed part of the optical waveguide.
