<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monoclonal antibody having specificity to diacetyl-spermidine. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the monoclonal antibody to the diacetyl-spermidine. The monoclonal antibody satisfies measuring conditions so that the inhibitory activity of the immunological reaction with the specimen diacetyl-spermidine is at least ≥180 times, preferably ≥1,500 times, more preferably ≥1,700 times the inhibitory activity of the immunological reaction with the specimen N<SP POS="POST">8</SP>-acetyl-spermidine or acetyl-putrescine in a reaction system in which the specimen diacetyl-spermidine or the specimen N<SP POS="POST">8</SP>-acetyl-spermidine or acetyl-putrescine is present so as to inhibit the immunological reaction of the diacetyl-spermidine with the monoclonal antibody. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
