PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device capable of controlling conduction characteristics without using a low work function metal or impurity doping.

SOLUTION: In the electronic device having an attraction part where an electrode layer and a semiconductor layer are attracted, the distance between the atom surface of the electrode layer and the atom surface of the semiconductor layer, at the attraction part, is shorter than the stable attraction distance at which the atom surface of the electrode layer and the atom surface of the semiconductor layer are stably attracted. A weighting part makes the above-mentioned distance shorter than the stable attraction distance by weighting the attraction part.
