<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light-emitting display device which is improved in visibility and image quality. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an organic light-emitting display device. The organic light-emitting display device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a substrate member; a pixel electrode formed on the substrate member; an organic light-emitting layer formed on the pixel electrode; a common electrode formed on the organic light-emitting layer; and a crystallized light scattering layer formed on the common electrode.
